I wrote and photographed this entire magazine. The magazine features interactive pages that engage readers with multimedia content and trending book discussions, and interviews with readers. This article I wrote for Alice Magazine explores the shift from authentic beauty reviews to sponsored content on TikTok, examining the impact on consumer trust. Through interviews with influencers and users, I discuss the ethical concerns surrounding brand deals and how skepticism is growing around influencer recommendations.

YouTube Essay 

I created a YouTube video analyzing popular wellness trends circulating on TikTok. The video evaluates the science behind these products and assesses whether their advertised health benefits are supported by research. I provided an in-depth look at each trend, offering viewers a balanced perspective on the claims versus the reality of these wellness fads.

The Impact of Fitspiration on Men's Self Esteem 

In this research paper, I examined the effects of "fitspiration" content on men’s self-esteem, analyzing how idealized body imagery on social media influences body satisfaction, mental health, and self-perception. Through a review of existing literature, the study highlights both the motivational and harmful impacts of fitspiration, emphasizing the need for more diverse and realistic body representation.
